Great headquarters, poor transporter

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with. Very prompt and could relate to my needs as a student. However, he had never worked with this transporter before so I was very cautious and nervous about this driver, however Eric was honest about this.
The driver picked up my vehicle late, and spoke VERY LITTLE english...it was very hard to understand him. His vehicle was clean and new, so we felt better after seeing the truck.
I DID NOT get door to door service. It was picked up by my house, but i had to drive 60 miles to pick up my car from the truck drivers house. He left immediatley aafter i arrived in NY so I had no way of getting my car---I had to pick it up.

DO NOT use Ferry Auto Transport...but 1st Call Auto Haul seemed to know what they were doing, i just would have appreciated a little more from the execution side. It's one thing to TELL a story, it's another to ACT it out.
