The car was picked up in North Carolina exactly as they said it would be. This was within one day of contracting. Car was delivered exactly on time on a Sunday, which was the only day that I was available. Transporter had maked every possible blemish on car so that it was noted. This included most things that I couldn't even see unless carefully checking. This is the way it should be done. Overall very pleased by the service. They weren't the cheapest, but I received the service that I needed.
