Eric is one of the most honest people that I have come across. He is a friendly and knowledgeable person to deal with. From my experience, maintaining honestly and integrity is much more important to Eric than making a few dollars and financial gain. Eric explained the process really well and followed up on his word. Although he may not be immediately accessible at all times, he does his work and will keep you informed. He gave a delivery price of $747 and I eventually had to pay $1000. However I don’t believe this was Eric’s fault. The drivers would not take on the job for less than $1000 to Sweetgrass MT, for what ever the reason (not much traffic, bad weather, etc.) and time was critical to me, so we had to pay more. Eric did not make any money on this job and he would not accept the offer of some compensation, because he thought he had given a fair estimate initially and it ended up to be more. Although it was hard paying more than what I expected - Eric’s work and his commitment to maintaining his integrity really taught me a lesson that there are more important things in life than dollars. I will definately use Eric again and I have already recommended him to my friends.
