Our experience with 1st Call Auto Haul was fantastic. In fact, their level of service is exemplary. They were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during and after shipment of our vehicle. This will be the first company I call the next time I need to transport a vehicle, and I won’t hesitate to refer friends and family to them.
We shipped two vehicles from Boston, MA to Houston, TX, the first with another car carrier service and the second with 1st Call Auto Haul. In fact, we had planned to ship both cars with the other car carrier, but when we tried to schedule the second car pickup, we were left uncertain that Dispatch had arranged the pickup. With only one day before we were to fly out of Boston, we contacted 1st Call Auto Haul. We quickly received confirmation that they could transport the vehicle and, the next day, we dropped off the car. The president of the company, Eric Sailer, even provided a ride to a nearby subway stop to expedite our trip to the airport (with luggage in tow).
The car arrived in good shape within a very reasonable time frame. Two months after the transport, we needed to request reimbursement for moving costs through our employer. We contacted 1st Call Auto for an invoice, and within 4 hours of our call to them, we had in hand exactly what we needed: a professional document with clear reference to payment of the charges.
