1st call Auto Hall provided excellent advise before the sale and responded within one day with a qualified hauler and pick up day within 3 days of placing the order. I was assurred that the carrier had been contracted by them many times in the past and had a very good history. The car (a pristine 2006 Audi A4) was picked up in LA, thouroughly and fairly evaluated, and on road in a timely manner. This contracter does not use haulers that run cars through depots or "holding" areas which would load and off load cars many times causing potential damage. The only issue we had was a dirty driver side carpet which could have been perevented by a paper service mat or had we personally anticipated this and put a secondary mat in place for the transit.

Great customer service contact after the sale from 1st call by Eric and good contact updates along the way by Ideal Express dispatcher and driver made for a stress free and timely "on time" delivery. We had to wash the car on delivery but that is to be expected.

Great job by all. I can highly recommend both 1st call and their carrier Ideal Express, for a long haul move.
