I originally contacted another transport company to bring my car from New Jersey to Arizona. A few days after making the reservations with them, I called back to ask a question. I was not able to get through for 2 days. That's when I decided to look for another one. I called Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul. He was very helpful from the start. He gladly answered all my questions. He explained everything to me in plain and simple language. He was always there when I called back and he was always very receptive to my concerns. My car was picked up on the day he said it was going to be picked up at the agreed location. The driver was very courteous. He treated me and my car with respect. He was very careful. I was in contact with him before and after he picked up my car. He delivered my car on the day he said he will. And he delivered it in the same condition as when he picked it up. The car was clean and scratchless. They did a wonderful job. And the best part is it cost a few hundred dollars less than the previous unreliable company I originaly contacted. I will definitely use them again and I will recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you Eric.
