Ray was extremely on top of his game. Anyone that is transporting a car knows what a headache it can be. Ray made it quick, easy, and headache-free. Shipping a 1979 Lincoln Mark V would not have been an easy task without him.
Although the actual driver created communication challenges, the vehicle arrived and I was able to get updates directly from Ray.
