After waiting 11 days for another broker to pick up my vehicle I decided to cancel and go with 1FLAT-RATE. I placed the order with Ray and within an hour my car was put on the list of a carrier.

Ray was as professional as they come and definitely runs his business the way all businesses should be run. I felt he put me first as a customer, whereas the other company I was using put themselves first as a broker.

1FLAT-RATE requires no deposit while other companies do. And yet 1FLAT-RATE does a better job.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly, 1FLAT-RATE is the way to go.
