My contact person at 1 flat rate was Ray. He was responsive and very upfront about the process. He was even extremely professional when I became paranoid and sketched out about it all after reading all the online horror stories involving other companies. 1 flat rate has excellent reviews but a limited track record as they've been in business for what i believe is under a year. That said, the price was affordable and all went well. My truck even arrived sooner than expected. If i need to ship a car again I'll be calling these guys without hesitation. Thanks, Ray.
