Called & got quotes but overlooked FlatRate the first go 'round. Agonized over the process as we have never shipped a vehicle before. Almost booked with someone who had good reviews (and we contacted customers) but their guarantees on timeline was squishy. Divine intervention led me to FlatRate website via this page. Ray (the owner) answers his phone, answered all questions politely, promptly sent e-mails, and I truly felt reassured that he'd make the car get there safe & sound himself if he had to. And early! We were fortunate to have the car already in the pick-up zone (which we emphasized to the other companies). Driver was in contact every day. From start to finish - flawless transaction! Thank you FlatRate & Ray! oh yeah and the driver!
