I needed my car transported from PA to TN. After reading the horror stories online I was apprehensive about which company to go with. I am glad I chose 1 Flat-Rate. Ray was extremely helpful and honest. He answered all my questions patiently and promptly.

He kept me updated about the when the car could be picked up and also kept in touch during the transit of the car. One big difference between 1 Flat-Rate and others is that 1 Flat-Rate does not charge till the car is delivered to its destination. This really help put my mind at rest. The carrier that they located for the transport of our car was also very professional.

I was charged $575 for the transport and there was no damage to the vehicle. The vehicle was picked up well in time and arrived at the destination within 4 days.

I would definitely use 1 Flat-Rate again in the future.
