This company was easy to deal with. I emailed asking for a quote and received it within 3 hours. The following day, a Sunday, I called to ok the service and within the hour I had a call back that a transport was found for my car. It was picked up the next morning (Monday) with very little fanfare and carried from Texas to MA. It arrived on time and in good condition. As I instructed, the driver stayed in contact with the people who had the car and then with me as the car was getting close to arrival. The customer service for 1FlatRate was excellent as well. They called and kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I knew where the car was, how I could pay for it and when to expect it. I would use this service again and I would highly recommend it to my friends.
