I was simply mortified after researching auto transport services and felt hopeless that I would have a good experience then I came across 1Flat-Rate. Not only did they make my experience good they made it great. Doing business with 1Flat-Rate has removed any and all fears I had about the auto shipping industry.

As the name state they quoted me one flate rate in the very first email correspondence and that is the price I ended up paying when my vehicle was delivered. ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN COSTS , FEES , UPFRONT COSTS, or MISC CHARGES. They were the cheapest rate offered from the dozen or so quotes I requested and even so exceeded all expectations of quality customer service.

I filled out the online order to have my vehicle picked up and in a matter of a day or two I had the pickup date I requested. This was the most relaxed, easy, confident business deal I've had probably ever. I immediately felt assured of their professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness therefore I was able to let my guard down and just trust the process and 1Flat-Rate did not disappoint.

They found a driver immediately for my transport and provided their details including personal cell phone # of the actual driver. The communication with 1Flat-Rate and the driver was seamless they acted like one entity opposed to two separate companies.

Never once did I feel insecure about doing business with 1Flat-Rate they kept me abreast of every step via phone and email. They stated what they could provide under my requirements and need and fulfilled every obligations without error.

My vehicle did arrive early however I was not available to receive it so they kept it until the next day and once again DID NOT CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES including storage for the night.

I can't say enough great things about this company in fact once my transaction was complete I knew I had to write this review. We are so quick to report the negative and not the positive but this experience had to be shared it was just that great.

Summary:

Sent 1Flat-Rate a qoute request online approximately 3/17/16 received actual quote amount back within 24hours.

While I was not ready to ship immediately I did receive followup correspondence from them but not obsessively like some companies.

About 3/28/16 filled out the online order request with requested pickup and delivery times. Rate remained the same as initially quoted.

About 3/29/16 received confirmation that a driver was found for the transport, I agreed to the terms.

3/30/16 vehicle was picked up in New Jersey on time.

3/31/16 vehicle arrived in South Carolina stored for the night.

4/1/16 vehicle was delivered right outside my front door at 8am in the same perfect condition .

Paid the driver in cash both the driver and broker fee were included in the 1Flat Rate.

One very happy satisfied customer, I would use 1Flat-Rate LLC again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone needing transport services.
