I was extremely pleased with 1Flate-Rate. Not only did they have the best price but their customer service is superb. I contacted Brenda for a pickup on a Friday and my 2009 Toyota Corolla was picked up by the following Monday morning. I received emails and calls during the week about where my car is and what day I would receive it. The driver also called me Saturday to let me know when he would be here on Sunday and he stayed within his 2 hour time frame. Everything was on time and perfect. The car travelled about 2200 miles in an open carrier so obviously it's gonna be dirty. They're a transport company and their job was to just bring me my car and they did a brilliant job. Everything that was put inside the car in California was exactly how I got it when I got it in Michigan. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
