I have nothing but good things to say about 1 Flat-Rate. They were great with communication, timely and clear.

Although the transport company, J&A, was prompt there were just a couple of minor issues. When they picked up the car (an very nice M3) the driver was going to chain the car in lieu of strapping it secure. Thankfully the seller insisted that the driver use straps and to the drivers credit complied. I was also a little disappointed that the driver had entered the car with muddy boots. Yes it was picked up in Denver with snow on the ground but it would not have been too hard to avoid tracking up the inside of the car. Perhaps they should invest in some paper floor mats or towels for those conditions and or cars that warrant a little extra care. After-all I didn't go with the cheapest quote in hopes that these kind of considerations would be given to the type of car being transported.
