I never shipped a car before and was reluctant especially because we were donating a van to a family in AZ and we were then leaving the country from FL so we were on a timeline. Ray was knowledgable, honest and upfront. He was readily available via phone and email when I had questions before, after and during the transport. Stephanie was a great dispatch clerk as well. The price we were quoted was right on; no surprises, the van was picked up at the end of, but within the 7 day window we had agreed upon, it was delivered a day early and the driver we worked with was friendly and professional. Van arrived with no damage and a happy family on the other end. I would DEFINITELY recommend 1Flat Rate and would use them again. Thanks guys!
