Ray from 1Flat-Rate LLC was my initial contact who submitted the initial quotation and scheduled the pick up of the vehicle was very professional. He fully explained how the process was going to be handled and was available if I had any questions. He was very good at communication via email and/or phone which I appreciated.
Herb from Car Auto Transportation was the hauler of the vehicle and was quick on the pick up and delivery of the car. I really appreciate the smaller hauler type of vehicle because the amount of personal attention and thoroughness that you receive is very apparent.
I would use both of these gentlemen and companies again when I have another vehicle to be transported.
