Great Service for a Great Price

After researching for hours about different transport companies I decided to use 1Flate Rate. Ray seemed to be honest and realistic about pick up dates and amount of time it takes to transport a car from NH to CA. The experience exceeded my expectations as Ray was able to find someone to transport my car about an hour after originally speaking with him. I was a little worried because when I called Ray I needed to have my car picked up that week due to a last minute job offer. He was able to make it happen though! The transporters he contracted with picked my car up in NH at my house and four days later they dropped it off at my apartment complex in CA four days later! There were two men driving the truck so they were able to bring it over quickly. This was great for me as I was able to have my car just one day after arriving in CA which meant I spent less money on a rental car!!!!!! I originally booked my rental car for two weeks but ended up I only needed it for one day!

Also- communication was very good between Ray, myself, and the transporters. The two transport men gave an estimated time for pickup and drop off. And guess what? They actually came at that time of which they stated! Tuesday night they said they would be at my house Wednesday at 8AM- and that's what time they came at. It was great!

The best part?!?!? They had the cheapest around and got the job as quick as humanly possible.

My car came back a little dirty but then again it was brought across the country! No damages in the process as it stayed on one truck the whole time.
