This was my first time shipping my vehicle and I had so many concerns from all the horror stories I've heard and read online. Fortunately for me, that was not the case at all since I chose to use 1 Flat-Rate. When I received my quote online from 1 Flat-Rate I thought it was reasonable, so I did a ton of research and checked out their reviews, which were great. I called Ray to confirm the order. He was very knowledgable and had a witty humor which was reassuring and made me feel comfortable with my decision to use this company. They had a truck for my during the time I wanted it picked up and the driver was a really nice guy, so of course that also made me feel at ease. It only took about 5 days to get my vehicle from CA to PA and it was delivered in the condition that I sent it in. I would certainly use 1 Flat-Rate next time I need to ship a vehicle again. They got the job done in a reasonable price and made me feel very comfortable when it came to shipping my car. Thank you Ray!
