The driver went above and beyond. He was delivering a vehicle before mine and did that is a huge hail storm. I had asked if he could deliver that night instead of the next day due to not wanting to miss work. He then drove more then an hour in the hailstorm to get my vehicle to me that night. He stayed in contact and was extremely pleasant when he arrived. I am sure I could not have been that pleasant given what he had been through. Also, I was not sure about if the truck would be running when he picked it up in TN and could not give specific details about the condition of the truck. But he picked it up even though it was not running and had to be babied all the way to CO due to the rear-end being out. He made this the most pleasant experience given my bad situation. LOVE the driver, the service and the promptness. Hope I never have to move a vehicle again but I am keeping this company's information if I ever get into a situation like this again. I was told up-front if the truck was not running it would be $200.00 more than the quote of a running truck. The driver even negotiated that price down to $100.00. Could not be happier.
