This was the first time I'd personally booked transport services, and was extremely pleased with the level of service, knowledge and honesty I received from Ray and the crew at 1Flat-Rate. The pickup and delivery locations were both fairly remote, but I actually got a driver confirmation within 2 hours of the job being posted. There was also an unforeseen complication with funding for the car purchase that cause delayed pickup, but Ray was very understanding and got the job rebooked for the following week. I had to make several calls to 1Flat-Rate in the course of the transaction, and each time I was able to speak directly to Ray or one of his coworkers. I would *highly* recommend these folks for vehicle shipment, and I will be using them again.
