I contacted 123 Auto Transport on July first after purchasing a vehicle on-line.
I agreed to the $895 delivery charge and signed the contract because of their promises of
delivery within 2 weeks and accessibility to a 24 hour customer service person. Unfortunately,
both of those promises were lies. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my vehicle is still not here. What is most frustrating is that the only time you can get any information is after
tracking someone down. I left 6 phone messages and 4 e-mail messages for Christian and never received any response. I tried the "24 hour customer service line" too many times to count and NEVER got a real person, only a machine from which calls are not returned.
I would steer clear of this company - it is not worth the aggravation.
