I made initial contact with Ross at 123 Auto Transport on 12-24-12. He led me to believe that a pickup of my auto could be in 2-3 days. On Wed 12-26 I had not even heard from him so I began calling. I talked with Jeannine and she said they needed 1-2 business days to schedule the pick-up. On Thurs around 3pm I had not heard from anyone so I sent an e mail (which said the mail was being monitored) but no one responded. I called Ross and left a voice mail that if I did not have a schedule by Thurs evg I would go elsewhere. No one called at all.
Today Fri 12-28 I contacted another carrier. No service was ever rendered by Auto Transport 123. Only aggravation !
