Normally I don't write review but in this case I have to. I was so satisfied with my car shipping process that I had to write to tell how great Jim really is. His customer service is amazing and from day one he said he would take care of everything and he did. Moving across country and spending a large amount of money during the process can be stressful and although I re-scheduled my pick-up date a few times Jim worked it out and still got my car to me just when I needed it. I can respect companies like AutoTransport 123 that make the extra effort to ensure customers are comfortable and satisfied.
