So I started the shipping Process while deployed between Kuwait and Afghanistan. I told them I had limited contact and gave them all information from the dealer I asked Sabrina Kim for all paperwork the car was supposed to be my gift for the hell I endured while deployed. I said I would like the car at the port when I return home I did this all back in October. They sent me paper work I sent it back. Then when I thought everything was good the next month they asked for more so I called and said please give me everything I need to ship my car im deployed and calls are not easy 2000 people 20 phones during the holiday season. They said I have it all. Come Decemeber I get a notification they need the title I said here is the number to the dealer ask them for everything you need. Sabrina has selective hearing because she repeatedly asked me to do all foot work. Then they waited to tell my payment was declined because my card was lost or stolen ok so I payed them as soon as I received the message. My calls were not returned and my emails went ignored. My car didnt ship till January if it even shipped because now I cant even get a hold of them and they said the estimated time of arrival is 17 Feb its 16 Feb nobody is returning my calls, emails, or messages. I have no clue where my car is now or if it ever shipped because the tracking info I was promised in an email I still have from Ryan was never sent. THIS IS GODDAMN FRUSTRATING!!! if it were there car they wouldnt want to do business like this. Get me my damn car I payed you this is business you got my money get me my car. If I dont here from this in 7 days im going to base legal with my filed emails and im going to have the military legal experts get involved I just want my car.
