DON'T SIGN A THING..LOOK IT OVER FIRST

My car was supposed to be door to door....never happened, I got a sob story about the truck tires were bad and could not bring it to my house. He insisted he would come and get me and take me to the car. He had the car parked a few cars down from my car and said as I sat in the car sign here that you got the car...I did...on the sheet of paper it described any PREVIOUS damage to the car when he picked it up....NOTHING about the wind shield.
I called him right away and said the wind shield is broken...oh it was that way.. He claimed it is noted on the sheet I gave you....NO it is not NOTED on the sheet and it was not broken. I know my car was put on the front top of the truck that is how it was broken from a rock. Also he has my second key to my car....he said he will mai itl. My gut feeling is, that is why he did not bring it to my house because I would of taken note of the damage right away.
Instead my car is DOWN the street from where he parked and he does not even give me a chance to look at it. On purpose?
When I called the place and spoke with them that day she said I need to see the paper work.
The next morning Alina said I will call you back in 5 minutes well I have called 5 times today and no one answers. No one calls back, I also found out they have nothing more than a cell phone for what they call a business.
But I tracked the insurance company down (no thanks to them) and they have $1000.00 ded...NO wonder no one answers the phone, ....also they just aquired this new insurance July 1,2011 with this company.
My experience was enlighting...and awful...and costly........be careful with this company. I want my windshield fixed or replaced by them. I am calling my lawyer.

Not every customer is an honest one. We give our direct line, that is a cell phone, to be at customers 24/7 service. We just renewed our insurance because our old one expired-no other company would work with us without insurance-so thank you for giving out incorrect information. Previous minor crack to your windshield was noted on our paperwork at the time of pick up. Please stop harrassing our driver. If you want to know where the crack on a windshield came from speak to your ex-husband who shipped the vehicle to you.
