John and David were very knowledgeable, prompt, and polite at all times. They also provided feedback and returned my calls or replied to my emails when I had questions and concerns regarding the order.
They were honest and kept me informed when the first pick up date could not be met given unexpected mechanical difficulties with the first driver's truck, and kept me informed about the alternative pick up day, which was met.
I would definitely use the transportation services from 1-Shot Express again if I were to have one of my vehicles transported to another location.
Furthermore, I would contact John (customer service / accounts rep) to make the contract arrangement, and follow up with David to coordinate the actual, realistic pick up day.
