In my quest to pick out an auto shipping company to ship my son's car to my house, I got several quotes and spoke to lots of people from different companies. I choose 1 Shot Express Transport and my contact person Jose was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient and took time to answer all my questions even when I called back later in trying to decide who to go with. There was a snag at first (the car was to be picked up on 3-27 or 3-28) but due to the first assigned driver taking a bigger vehicle mine wouldn't fit however, this company got right on it and assigned another driver to transport the car saying the estimated delivery date was 4-1-11 and it arrived 2 days early in great shape too! My only complaint to the company would be that after you book to please, please keep customers updated. It is hard to get someone on the phone to find out anything. I realize they are busy and I am not the only customer ~ just saying letting customers know what is going on truly creates more business by word of mouth. I would use this company again. My carrier was friendly and knew what he was doing and kept me very informed on where he was in regards to delivering the car. Thank you Jose and 1 Shot Express Transport as well as, George.
