STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will charge you more or will not give you your car back!

When we came to pick the vehicle, the Carrier asked for $850 instead of $625, and refused to give the vehicle otherwise. We paid $850 in cash!

Our total charges are $1025 ($850+$175) instead of $800.

We tried to contact the carries, but the carrier refuses to refund the money.

This issue was a known fact. The driver requested additional funds before hand because the vehicle was fully loaded with personal items and he can be fined as consequence. The customer agreed and now claims he did not know about this issue. The complaint is about the carrier who acted professionally, they requested the additional funds and gave the customer the option of finding another carrier. The customer out of spite has placed this bad review on our site.
