I had previously wrote a bad review because of my situation and confusion when I cancelled the job order. I had dealt with Joel through the process then Chris is who I dealt with after. I was told I was breaching my contract, but never received a contract, just emails asking me to authorize them to do the job. Chris and I have had multiple emails about this situation and he has Rectified the situation. Thank You Chris. This is the type of company I would trust, when they can do something like this.

Here is the email I have received from Chris:

That’s what really gets me mad. How easily people listen to other companies that do not care like we do. We are the only company that leaves the bad reviews on our page. It’s a click of the mouse to remove the bad reviews. We leave them because we respect our customers opinions and it is really dishonest and unethical to remove the bad ones only. I will have to speak with Joel of his method for reservation. Mrs Adams. Our contract is clear and to the point. If you never received the contract I don’t think that is fair. I will refund your money and hopefully at least you will be able to appreciate the company we are. Everyone runs to post a bad review. You have no Idea how hard it is to earn the good ones and we still have 4 out of 5 stars. You actually posted your review on the wrong profile. Ours is 1 shot express transport the second one on the list. The first one was created by an employee of mine I fired for being unethical.
