I scheduled a vehicle pickup by one shot just before the holidays. I knew there was a small window to get the vehicle picked up so it was understandable when the vehicle was not picked up "Truckers need time off on Christmas". After the holidays we were still unable to get a transport for another few weeks. Unfortunately when the transport did show up he did not have the proper equipment or the room on his trailer for the vehicle. I contacted David from customer service and he cancelled the driver. David was just as upset as I was as the driver had obviously lied to them about being able to take the vehicle. My vehicle is a show vehicle and after this took place I decided to pick it up myself. David from 1Shot was very courteous and I always felt he was a straight shooter with me so I appreciated that. Even though the company was not able to deliver my vehicle I believe they did what they could to get it accomplished. After my cancellation it took about 28 days to get my refund. But I did get it back so that's a positive. Even though my vehicle was never picked up I might use this company again, just because David from customer service was honest and that is valuable to me.
