Carlos at 1 Shot Express was very helpful and the company came through setting up a pick up on a specific date. Their advantage is a broader network of drivers to contract so while other brokers wouldn't ever try to work with me Carlos made it happen. I was very happy. However, be aware that the brokers have no real control over the drivers. In my case, the driver was on time to deliver my car before the holidays as soon as he got to his home in Chicago he said he's truck broke down. This is the most common excuse you will hear when the pickups and deliveries don't happen. This is not a reflection on 1 Shot but a fact of how the industry works. The drivers are contractors so expect the same challenges as you would when building or remodeling a home.
Overall. I' very happy with 1 Shot Express but I also think I was lucky.

I also agree with your last statement, you did get lucky but it happened when Carlos called you and laid out a perfect plan to pick your vehicle on time. Some may call it luck but I think a company surrounded by knowledgeable hard working individuals as our team tends to be blessed rather than lucky.
