Carlos at 1 Shot Express was a very helpful and honest man. Once he contacted me he told me that many people from different companies will call to get my business and because 1 Shot is not at a 5 star rating yet, most of the other companies were talking bad about them. I can honestly say that Carlos and his team were very honest and hard-working. They did not delay in time and were actually cheaper than most of the companies that were unprofessional by bashing 1 Shot. Though the car came back with a scratch on the back right side and a scratch on the rim, this should not reflect on Carlos or 1 Shot. Carlos helped me file the claim to get reimbursed from the driver. 1 Shot is a brokerage just as any other company that will call you. After being put onto a main database to be picked up by any truck driver, it is visible to all brokers and drivers. The carelessness of the driver is being addressed and I will be paid for the damages. Overall, 1 Shot is a great service provider and truly "tells it like it is"
