I had contracted with another transport company but they had not provided transport and I was running out of time. I received an email from 1Shot Express that a transporter was nearby. I immediately responded and after being promised THREE TIMES that my auto would be picked up within three days I signed the contract with 1 Shot express and cancelled my prevoius contract. That carrier told me I would lose my deposit but I cancelled them anyway since I was running out of time and 1Shot PROMISED a pickup before my deadline. Auto was not picked up, I never received any further information from 1 Shot about the pickup. I called the day after the three day period was over and left a phone message to cancel the contract due to non-performnce. Nevertheless my credit card was charged $250. I left additional phone messages with no call back. No one ever actually answered any of my calls. I sent an email to Rene complaining but she replied that I would be charged my deposit since I cancelled before contract terms allowed. No matter that they didn't pick up my car as promised. When I submitted this review 1Shot Express tried to block it, claiming I was not a customer. One lie after another.
