I've dealt with a lot of crappy transport companies but this one certainly takes the cake. They quoted me a motorcycle to be picked up. When I received the motorcycle, the driver is asking for $190 more than what I was originally quoted. I pay the man as he is just the shipper and not part of the logistics back end stuff and said I would get it straight tomorrow. I call 1 shot the next day and customer service could not be more rude. They end up saying they sent me an updated pricing contract with the new rate because it was an inoperable vehicle. I NEVER received a contract until I called them that day and they "forwarded" me an email. Now since I never received an updated contract, I never signed it...and can you believe they still went ahead and picked up the vehicle without a customer signature of awareness for the new price? Absolutely no communication whatsoever. I then call Gavin Savoy (the owner) and he ends up cursing on the phone telling me "I had a best friend die last week. I am not worried about shipping vehicles right now" and tries to offer me $45...are you serious? How this guy actually owns a business is beyond me. DO NOT USE.
