I dealt with Fletcher who was in New York and I was in California. Called him late afternoon on a SUNDAY with my problem. My original arrangements with a different transport company had failed in spite of my best pre-agreements with them and, on top of it we received no information when the pick up would occur.
Within a couple of hours Fletcher had arranged for me to have the car delivered to a nearby terminal so I could fly out the next day to East. It was understood that he would find a mover starting Monday.
We were informed on Monday that the car had been picked up by a transporter and given instructions on delivery accurately. The car was delivered the following Tuesday - a span of eight days to bring the car from Los Angeles to Pennsylvania. Impressive!
The transporter who brought the car to our house was very polite and because he could not get into the locality because of a weight restriction, he unloaded the car about a mile from our house and then drove it to our house. We were very impressed by his behavior. The car was undamaged and in the same condition as at the time of pickup.
I would recommend this company and the transporter to others without any reservation.
