Fletcher pretty much took care of business just like he said he would. He set a reasonable price that allowed my car to get a carrier the same day it went up on the board, this worked out great for me since I had a specific deadline that I wanted my car in DC. He walks you through the process so that you understand how the business of shipping a car works and lets you know up front what the total fees are going to be. This was really helpful in that you understand where your money is going, who you need to talk to during certain stages of the process. So I definitely recommend him if you want to work with someone who understands the business and can set up that side of things to work with you on how/when you want to ship your vehicle.
I will say the only draw back was that it was tough getting a hold of Fletcher after the carrier had picked up my vehicle. It took a few times calling, and even then he appeared to have only a few minutes - I would've appreciated a little bit more attention during that phase. Still that wouldn't prevent me from using him again should I need to ship another vehicle.
