Thank you Fletcher for reassuring me like 3x. Firstly, I read so many reviews on other companies- they'll be mixed reviews/ hit & miss - as usual... But I got abt 5 quotes within a week. All Aboard Auto Transport was my final quote and I had to pull the trigger last minute (I couldn't locate my previous quotes accurately in my email). Anyhow, after reading all the reviews with this company, I felt a sense of calm. Being that I am in the freight transportation business myself for the past 4 years, I definitely understand as a customer's perspective how critical shipments are.
I understand the delays that are out of the control of brokers/drivers, etc... Still I got a bit anxious with my auto delivery from the east coast all the way to the California Coast. After 3 days my car was safely and swiftly delivered! In the midst of my hectic move for the past few months, Fletcher gave me the peace of mind i needed and he assured he would not book my shipment with a company he doesn't believe to be solid and deliver the promise of delivering my goods. I am so thankful for the reasonable rates and delightful customer service.
