The car I bought was supposed to be operable , but it couldn't make the climb onto the hauler. A second hauler was contacted and he also couldn't get the car far enough onto trailer. A third transporter with a winch was called, picked the car up and delivered it to my house. Fletcher had the patience to work through all my problems. I give an A+ to Fletcher and Allaboardtransport. Richie
