If you look at all his reviews except for that one negative review he's a golden child.
BEWARE:
If everything is going right for "Fletcher" then he is probably spectacular,maybe. I had a little out of the ordinary transport job for him to handle.Transport my Hummer H1. He couldn't get it done. There was always an excuse that he gave. Truck is too big, too heavy, too far from the main city, price too low, he was about to call me, he was waiting on me, etc. It got to a point I felt like I was working for him instead of him working for me. I was doing the follow up phone calls. He charged my credit card immediately, without securing a shipper first! I got tired of working for him so I called up a phone number that was associated with his company and was used on my credit card bill to see if he had a supervisor. It was a bogus number! I fired him! He works for himself so he answers to no one. I filed a claim with my bank to recover the charges. You would think"Fletcher" would guarantee his work and pose a, "If for any reason you're not happy with my service then I'll return your deposit!" Our last conversation, he cursed me out and used obscenities until I just hung up the phone on him. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Buyer beware!

Mr Jacobs place and order on 6/15 for first pick up of 6/19 then changes to 6/25 -6/26 for an out of the way location with a heavy vehicle. He calls to check in to micro mange a few day before. No drivers as of yet Mr Jacobs! Fast forward to the 25th when he calls in 2 hrs after his vehicle was first available to (Fire me...lol). On the 27th a carrier calls in on his load (2 days, H1, Middle of no where) not bad! Mr Jacobs inability to be patient is what made his experience what it was.......
