Fletcher was wonderful. He explained exactly what the procedure would be, what issues might come up that I should be aware of (e.g. availability of a transporter on exact dates) and how best to deal with them. He checked in with me at each stage of arranging transportation until my car was picked up, then again once the car reached Oregon. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Everything went just as he said it would. Both he and Pro Transportation were professional and helpful throughout.
