This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and I did not know the protocol for the process. I appreciate that my broker, Fletcher, was VERY knowledgable and direct with me as to how things work. I greatly appreciate his honesty. On top of being a straight shooter, Fletcher is a very personable guy. This made for great customer service and communication. This also made for a timely delivery since he was diligent in his efforts to make the shipment work! I would use his service again and refer anyone to him that needs the help!!
