Fletcher was very upfront with the whole process. I messed around with a bunch of other BS brokers and Fletcher was the most honest and personable guy to deal with that i actually added him into my contacts for future orders and referrals. Process took a little longer then expected but my destination was off the beaten path and I'm satisfied with the end result.
