I didn’t anticipate how frustrating it was going to be to ship my car from Northern Washington to Houston. It was my first experience. I called a couple of five star rated companies. To my astonishment, they failed me. My learning curve consisted of wasting two weeks and booking with two companies only to find out that there was not going to be a delivery.
Luckily Fletcher was able to flag me down and by that time my patience was at a minimum. It was a Friday and he makes the unbelievable promise to find a carrier by Monday. I was thinking if it sounds too good to be true than it isn’t. By this time, I seriously had my doubts because the other guys needed at least two weeks to find a carrier and each time, I came up empty with a bunch of excuses. Fletcher seemed so determined to prove that he was better than the rest. He didn't know that I am an Accountant, so I was scrutinizing everything, like the price and the terms of the contract, etc. No matter how tough I was on him, he seemed still convinced that he could deliver as promise. I really didn't have anybody else at the time that could come close to matching what Fletcher was promising, so I had nothing to lose.
By early the next morning, Fletcher calls me and he has found a carrier. I am still not convinced and he knows it, so he puts the carrier on the line. After I get off the phone, I googled the carrier and they seemed legit, but I am still not convinced until my car is shipped and received.
By now I had the carrier’s name, the name of the truck driver, and his cell phone number. The truck driver has some problems initially because of mechanical failure with his truck but he calls me and we arrange a pick-up later in the week. It is still less than a week that my car is picked-up from the time I first contacted Fletcherand it was delivered the following week. In the meantime, Fletcher was still in the loop, to make sure everything was smooth. I have to say that Fletcher is the ultimate professional and he definitely came true and was true to his word. He didn’t have to follow through like he did but he said he would so that is all I can say. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Fletcher again and Fletcher knows that I am a tough guy to please.
