Fletecher did exactly what he said he would do. My Genesis Sport Coupe was picked up when he said it would be and was delivered on time. He kept me advised throughout the pickup and delivery as to where the vehicle was, who the driver of the transport was, and what everyone's phone numbers were should I need further information. I think he worried more about my vehicle than I did. Great company to do business with.
