Just received by car today after using 1-2go2.com. Contacted them 4/4 to accept the quote I got from them. Scott called me on 4/5 to let me know he lined up an enclosed hauler to pickup my car in GA on 4/10. The trucking company that was hauling the car for them was Rocket Express Enclosed Auto Transport. We had a little issue with the trucking co not being there on 4/5 to pickup the car. We got a slight run around from them as far as actual pick up date. They told me it would be delivered by Sat 4/14. Tues, Wed, Thurs went by and the car was not picked up. It ended up being picked up on Fri and did get delivered on Sat. Scott was excellent to deal with when the trucking co had the delay. He got me answers almost immediately as to what was going on. He had the trucking co get in contact with me personally so they could explain the delay. I was a bit frustrated at first with the delay in pickup, but it was the way the problem was handled that impressed me with the service. I've heard alot of stories about how the shipping brokers leave you hanging once they get the delivery lined up with a trucking company. That did not happen with 1-2go2. They were there for me for the entire process and had contact with me daily. I would definately use them again.
