After a particularly horrible experience with another company that had lied to us about everything, Scott and his colleagues were a breath of fresh air. We had to get a car out to Boulder quickly since the other company had broken their promise several times. We spoke with Scott on Wednesday morning and by Friday morning, he called us with the happy news that he had found a truck leaving from our area that evening. The price was $100 more than was originally quoted and Scott explained that he would be happy to keep working to locate a trucker who would accept the original quote. I decided to accept this deal without any pressure from Scott since by this time, speed was worth more to me than $100.

I jumped at the offer and within a few minutes, customer service called me back with the trucker's name and phone number. Within another hour, the trucker called me to schedule the exact time and location of the pickup. Really horrible weather caused a delay of several hours but the trucker called several times to keep us informed of his progress. We both agreed that it would be best to meet the following morning at 7:30 and the car was loaded by 8AM.

Today is Thursday (six days since the pickup) and my daughter called a few hours ago to let me know that the car had arrived safe and sound.

All I can say is that these guys were wonderful. They explained our options, returned calls as promised, and delivered on their promises to us. They did not ask for or take a deposit from us until 2 days after the car was loaded and on its way. I can't emphasize enough how important a good reputation is and these guys have earned my respect and my future business.
