I had contracted with another broker out of Virgina to haul a 96 Dodge Ram 2500 X-cab long box, that I had bought over the internet from NC to IA. They jacked around with me for over 2 weeks, making promises to pick the truck up on a certain date, then lying throught their teeth about it, claiming they never gave me a pick up date. I found this website, and while looking at the very poor feedback for the company I had contractyed with, I did some searching and found 1-2-go-2. Well I knew I had made a big mistake with the other company, and 1-2-go-2 had nothing but positive feedback. Since they were also in Iowa, I thought I'd give them a call. Jeff was very professional, and personable, and I explained my situation. His initial quote was a little higher, but after my truck had set for a month with no activity, I was frustrated. Jeff tried very hard to get my truck assigned to a load. It tookl a week, and I was starting to get frustrated, as well as needing it, because my old truck was sold, and I needed a vehicle. On Saturday, 1 week after contacting 1-2-g-to, I got a call from the trucker that was picking up the load, He was going to have my truck to me by Sunday afternoon. WoW! I was very pleased! I ended up having to travel 3 hours to Chicago to pick it up, but they made a good discount to the rate, that more than covered my fuel and time to get it. Jeff even called me Starday, after the trucker, to make sure the trucker had contacted me, and that the arrangements were going to work. Again, GREAT customer service! If I ever have to ship an auto again, there is NO QUESTION who I will use! Thanks again Jeff! Keep up the Good Work!
