We always strive to give the very best service and we are sad things did not go perfectly for our customer here. That said, we disagrees with the assessment that we do not call back or inform our customers about the progress or any difficulties. It is also incorrect that we strung the customer for a week and we can prove it by presenting a contract signed by the customer. For anyone interested we do have both phone logs and email accounts of mutual correspondence to disprove customer's assertion. Sometimes transport is subject to circumstances beyond our control, weather, mechanical failures, or driver's fatigue all can contribute to later arrival, but we are always upfront about any such problems. I sincerely regret not meeting the time deadline for this valuable customer and we'll try to do better, next time, every time.
